  1. 3,000 guests. Three world-renowned artists. An unforgettable evening.

Comments Off on 3,000 guests. Three world-class artists. An unforgettable evening.

3,000 guests watched Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Eiffel 65, and Roxette perform on stage. Italian food trucks—and an evening we won’t soon forget.

AVEVAWORLD After Dark is definitely one of our most memorable experiences from 2026. Not just because of the artists, the stage, or the food, but above all because of the atmosphere. The energy. The feeling of experiencing something together.

    About the Project

    • Event: AVEVAWORLD After Dark
    • Location: Milan, Italy
    • Number of guests: 3,000
    • Format: After-work event, networking dinner, and outdoor festival
    • Artists: Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Eiffel 65, and Roxette

The Challenge: Create a Natural Transition

After an intense day of conferences, 3,000 guests would be invited to an evening with a completely different pace and atmosphere. The experience would gradually evolve from a conference to an after-work gathering, then to a cocktail dinner, and finally to a full-scale festival under the open sky.

An important part of the process was creating natural transitions between locations and moods. Guests weren't just supposed to understand where to go—they were supposed to want to keep going.

The Solution: An Evening That Came Together

As the conference day drew to a close, the event gradually began to take on a different character. The guests moved on to the next area, where the setting, content, and energy created a new atmosphere.

The after-work event turned into a relaxed dinner get-together featuring Italian food trucks. As darkness fell, the evening really came alive, and the area was transformed into a vibrant outdoor festival.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Eiffel 65, and Roxette took the stage. The music, the encounters, and the shared experience tied the evening together and created a flow that felt as natural as it was well-thought-out.

The result: 3,000 guests at the same time

Seeing 3,000 people enjoying the experience together was something truly special. It also served as a reminder of what live communication can achieve when location, content, and people come together. That’s why we do what we do. Summer is over, fall is here, and we’re ready for another intense season filled with what we love most: creating, building, traveling, and making things happen.

    Scandinavian base. Global projects.

Do you have an idea that requires something out of the ordinary? Put us to the test.

  2. Full Steam Ahead for Adapt’s Expo Team

Comments Off on Adapt's Expo Team Is in Full Swing

The fall trade show season is truly in full swing. In just a couple of weeks, our exhibition teams have built large booths in Jönköping and Gothenburg—while also completing the first of four international trade show projects this fall in collaboration with Consilium.

The locations, customers, and designs vary. But all the booths have one important thing in common: they’re built on our flexible and reusable beMatrix system.

From Jönköping to Gothenburg and Hamburg

The season began with two large trade show booths at Elmia Lastbil in Jönköping. We then continued our work with several booths at Trä & equipment at our partner Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers in Gothenburg.
At the same time, we completed our first trade show project of the fall in collaboration with Consilium in Hamburg. This is the first of four stops where the same basic design and materials will be reused throughout the season.

By planning for multiple trade shows from the very beginning, we can create a cohesive brand experience while tailoring the booth to each location and trade show.

    One system—many unique expressions

beMatrix consists of modular frames that can be combined and clad in many different ways. This allows us to create custom-designed displays for each customer without having to build everything from scratch.

The system makes it easy to customize the size, shape, and function of the display area. The same framework can therefore take on completely different looks depending on the customer’s brand, goals, and needs.

This provides great creative freedom—but also more efficient production, with materials that can be reused time and again.

The graphics are produced in our in-house print shop

The frames are covered with graphics produced in our own print shop at the warehouse in Linköping. There, we print, test, and mount the graphics on the frames before everything is packed together with the rest of the equipment and transported to the trade show.

By testing the entire solution before delivery, we can ensure that the parts fit together properly and that the design is correct. This reduces the risk of surprises on-site and creates better conditions for efficient installation.

Smarter for the Environment, Budget, and Logistics

With a reusable basic structure, less custom-built, single-use material is needed. The booths can also be packed compactly, which makes transportation between trade shows in Sweden, Europe, and the rest of the world more efficient.

The result is sustainable solutions that are good for both the environment and the customer’s budget—without compromising on form, function, or a unique aesthetic.

A big thank you to all our customers and partners for your continued trust. Now let’s move forward through this fall’s busy trade show season!

A global conversation—across multiple spaces and channels

World Water Week is held both in person and online. Speakers and participants join from different parts of the world, which places high demands on equipment, planning, and coordination.

The event consists of a large Keynote Stage, a live Talk Show Stage, and six breakout rooms that are broadcast live simultaneously. All broadcasts are distributed through the Trippus event platform.

The challenge isn't just managing multiple stages and broadcasts at the same time. Every call must work seamlessly, whether the speaker is on stage in Stockholm or joining remotely from the other side of the world.

    A Comprehensive Technical Production

Adapt is responsible for the entire technical production. The assignment includes project management, producers, and show callers, as well as all technical staff and equipment.

Behind every program item is a team that ensures speakers, the audience, and the content are brought together in a safe and professional manner. Audio, video, lighting, streaming, and digital connections must function as a cohesive whole.

This requires careful preparation, clear communication, and a team that can act quickly when conditions change.

equipment that puts the content front and center

The best technical production is barely noticeable. It gives speakers a sense of security, creates a sense of presence for the audience, and enables more people to participate—no matter where in the world they are.

We are incredibly proud to once again be part of a forum that truly makes a difference. A big thank you to our fantastic team on site and to SIWI for their continued trust.

  5. From a conference to an enchanting evening at Fotografiska

Comments Off on From Conference to an Enchanting Evening at Fotografiska

Are you looking for a flexible venue for your next conference, party, or corporate event in Stockholm?

One of our favorite venues is Fotografiska. With its unique 180-degree projection solutions, the entire atmosphere of the room can be transformed at the touch of a button. One moment you’re holding a conference; the next, you’ve stepped into a whole new world.

That’s exactly what happened when Alva Labs recently welcomed 300 guests to its sales event at Fotografiska.

Together with the team at Fotografiska and Ashley Pettersson Flygare, we transformed what was, on paper, a traditional sales conference into an immersive evening experience with a fairy-tale vibe.

Through custom-produced projection content, lighting design, decor, an abundance of flowers, and a dynamic live band, the venue came to life throughout the day, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

This is a clear example of how equipment, creativity, and the right content can completely transform the atmosphere of an event—without having to change venues.

A big thank you to Alva Labs, Ashley Pettersson Flygare, and the team at Fotografiska for a fantastic collaboration.

  6. Behind the scenes at AVEVAWORLD 2026

Comments Off on Behind the Scenes at AVEVAWORLD 2026

What does it really look like behind the scenes when a major global event moves into an arena?

Just a few weeks ago, the halls at MiCo Arena in Milan stood empty. A few days later, we had transformed the venue into #AVEVAWORLD 2026 and welcomed more than 4,000 attendees from around the world to keynotes, breakout sessions, networking events, exhibitions, customer meetings, and interactive experiences.

This film follows the journey from the moment the first truck rolls onto the site, through construction and technical rehearsals, all the way to the opening of the show and the finished visitor experience.

And a quick heads-up before you hit play: we had almost as much fun making the video as we did putting together the event, so it’s a little longer than usual.

  7. After Dark in Milan: a festival atmosphere for 3,000 AVEVAWORLD attendees

Comments Off on After Dark in Milan: A Festival Atmosphere for 3,000 AVEVAWORLD Attendees

One of the highlights of #AVEVAWORLD was the evening event After Dark, an outdoor festival created exclusively for the event’s 3,000 attendees.

With the Milan skyline as a backdrop on a warm summer evening, guests enjoyed food trucks, games, interactive activities, networking, and live performances by internationally renowned artists such as Roxette, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and Eiffel 65.

Creating this kind of experience is about much more than just the entertainment on stage. The goal is to bring people together, encourage spontaneous conversations and networking, create memorable moments, and ensure that the event experience lives on even beyond the conference rooms.

Having the opportunity to design and produce this evening together with AVEVA’s event team and partners was undoubtedly one of the highlights of an already spectacular week in Milan.

Thank you to AVEVA and all the partners involved for a fantastic collaboration.

The tone aligns closely with Adapt’s content principles of being concrete, helpful, and proactive, with a focus on the participant experience, implementation, and value.

  8. Stage design for AVEVAWORLD 2026: keynote stage for 3,000 attendees

Comments Off on Stage Design for AVEVAWORLD 2026: Keynote Stage for 3,000 Attendees

How do you design a keynote stage for 3,000 attendees that both captures the energy in the room and reflects AVEVA’s brand?

For us, every stage design begins with understanding the brand—its visual identity, its values, and, above all, the feeling we want participants to take away from the experience. At the same time, we must never lose sight of the stage’s most important purpose: to ensure that everyone in the room can clearly see, hear, and engage with both the speakers and the content.

Once the foundation is laid, the design work begins with floor plans, sketches, and 3D visualizations. Using our real-time 3D design tools, we can virtually navigate the space and evaluate different concepts, both creatively and practically. For AVEVAWORLD, the process was carried out in close collaboration with AVEVA’s brand and design teams until we found the right balance between function, atmosphere, and visual impact.

AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software and sustainable transformation. The brand brings together equipment, innovation, and sustainability. Our goal was to translate these values into a stage design that felt both modern and human.

The solution was a large stage backdrop constructed using a substantial amount of our reusable aluminum beMatrix system. The structure was clad with reusable decorative foliage and illuminated to create a vibrant, green, and visually striking backdrop. This softened the industrial elements while reinforcing the sustainability message.

To enhance the experience, more than 300 meters of LED strips were integrated into the back wall and extended across the ceiling above the audience. This created a cohesive visual design that connected the stage with the entire space. The result was not just a stage, but an immersive environment where the venue, the audience, and the content all became part of the same experience.

The result was a keynote stage that seamlessly blended equipment, industrial design, sustainability, and audience experience into a cohesive whole. It served as a powerful backdrop for AVEVAWORLD 2026 and created an environment that reflected both the brand and the scale of the event.

A big thank you to the AVEVA team for their trust and for a close, creative, and excellent collaboration throughout the project.

  9. How Adapt Creates Adapt Engagement Booths for Trade Shows and Events

Comments Off on How Adapt Creates Adapt Engagement Booths at Trade Shows and Events

How do you create trade show booths that feel well-designed, are practical, and can be further developed year after year?

Over the past few weeks, we have completed a total of 13 booth construction projects in collaboration with our partner Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers—9 booths at Vitalis and 4 booths at VECS. Together, these projects covered a total of 453 square meters of exhibition space.

What’s especially great is that many of our customers are repeat clients, and together we’ve further developed and refined the booths from previous years, while others have received entirely new designs and looks. For several of the booths, we’ve stored the materials in our customer materials storage facility, which has ensured they remain in good condition and made it easy to reuse them. It’s a smart solution both in terms of sustainability and cost.

A common feature of many of the booths was a strong emphasis on demo stations and interactive solutions, where products and services took center stage and generated buzz at the booths throughout the trade show.

A big thank you to all our customers, partners, and colleagues for your trust and collaboration. It’s always a pleasure to continue developing ideas and concepts together with the customers we have the opportunity to work with year after year

The scope of work essentially covered the entire venue, from the largest plenary halls to a large number of breakout rooms, where our team of 60 technicians ensured a safe, efficient, and seamless production throughout the event.

In Plenary Hall A, which seats 5,500 attendees, we installed a wide-screen projection system consisting of a 24 x 5.5-meter main screen, supplemented by several auxiliary screens to ensure optimal visibility throughout the room. The solution also included digital lecterns and panel tables, creating a flexible and modern stage for everything from keynotes to panel discussions.

At Victoriahallen, our permanent 18 x 5-meter high-resolution LED screen was used as both a backdrop and a presentation surface during a large number of sessions. In addition, we provided full AV production and staffing for 12 additional breakout rooms of varying sizes.

A big thank you to ECCO and Stockholmsmässan for the wonderful collaboration and for trusting us to work together to deliver a conference of this scale. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
