  1. Adaptive technology for the world's first adventure museum

Comments Off on Adapt Technology for the World's First Adventure Museum

The world’s first adventure museum has now opened right in the heart of Stockholm! With a 4.9-star rating and newly installed equipment Adapt ,“Äventyrs” Adapt the place for anyone who wants to experience stories that go beyond the ordinary.

Here, you can follow adventurer Fredrik Sträng all the way up to an altitude of 8,000 meters, get close to nature through photographer Ronan Donovan’s unique stories, and experience the world through Fredrika Ek’s journey around the globe. A solo cycling trip through landscapes, cultures, and encounters that offer new perspectives on life.

During a few intense weeks in February, our team was on site to create a comprehensive solution where equipment storytelling work in harmony. We delivered a turnkey installation featuring audio, lighting, and visual technology that collectively builds the experience and enhances every story. The solution consists of a large number of screens, large-format projectors with short-throw optics, an audio system that creates a sense of presence, and lighting that guides visitors through the environments. All equipment integrated into our user-friendly BLOCKS system, making it easy for staff to control content and functions directly via their mobile devices—smooth, flexible, and reliable in a public setting.

This is a truly inspiring and exciting project, and we’re proud to be a part of it. A big thank you to everyone involved for the wonderful collaboration, and now we’re looking forward to new adventures in the space!

  2. From recording to live broadcast—ready to go

Comments Off on From recording to live broadcast—ready to go

Ready to record content or livestream information in a simple and professional way—with full support? At our central studios in Stockholm and Gothenburg, we’ve made the process as seamless as it should be.

Our studios are centrally located at Västmannagatan 15 in Stockholm and at Gothia Towers in Gothenburg. Here you’ll find fully equipped spaces with all equipment site—sound, lighting, video, and cameras—ready to use right away. This allows you to focus entirely on your content, while we ensure that the production is smooth, polished, and professional from start to finish.

In our studios, we use large LED screens that give you complete flexibility to change backgrounds and content in real time. Unlike a green screen, LED creates a more natural and realistic look in the camera shot—while allowing speakers to interact directly with the content and ensuring that everyone in the room sees exactly what it looks like.

For truly large-scale events, we also offer our hybrid studio in partnership with Fotografiska, where you can host up to 200 participants on-site while reaching an unlimited digital audience.

A simple, effective, and reliable way to get your message across—whether it’s a recording, a live broadcast, or a full-scale hybrid event.

  3. The Reason Adapt Undertakes So Many International Projects

Comments Off on Why Adapt Undertakes So Many International Projects

Today, the industry publication Eventeffect highlights our international growth. We are frequently asked: how is it that a Swedish production company undertakes so many international projects?

The answer is quite straightforward: “Because it is secure, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient.”

Sweden is home to numerous globally operating companies. Once we have collaborated in Scandinavia, established mutual understanding, and successfully delivered robust projects, our clients frequently wish to extend the same reliable and efficient setup globally. Consequently, we accompany them.

The same principle applies in reverse. Currently, approximately 50 percent of Adapt's clientele is international. Many of these clients were initially engaged in Sweden through projects, collaborations, or at one of our partner venues: Svenska Mässan, Gothia Towers, Stockholmsmässan, and Fotografiska. Upon successful completion of a project and the establishment of mutual trust, the collaboration continues – regardless of whether the next event takes place in Athens, Bangkok, Boston, Riyadh, or Paris!

It is simply about facilitating seamless collaboration and, naturally, upholding our commitment to delivering solutions that are secure, well-conceived, and aesthetically superior. In conjunction with our global partners, we develop sustainable and efficient productions, enabling us to plan projects from Sweden and execute them locally with Scandinavian precision. Regardless of location.

  4. From D-Congress to Underhållsmässan!

Comments Off on From D-Congress to the Maintenance Fair!
This week, Underhållsmässan 2026 at The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Gothia Towers gathers hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors from the industry to discuss future solutions in operations, maintenance, and industrial services. Over four days, the halls are filled with seminars, demonstrations, and meetings among companies, experts, and decision-makers from across the industry. For us, it has been another intensive week with many exciting projects. We designed and delivered 14 stands for our clients; sustainable and reusable solutions built with beMatrix, creating clear and functional meeting points on the exhibition floor.

Furthermore, this production immediately followed D-Congress, which was held concurrently at the same venue. A transition that occurred over 12 intensive hours! When D-Congress concluded, the entire production was dismantled overnight – allowing Underhållsmässan to commence construction immediately the following morning! An impressive effort by the teams from Adapt and Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, demonstrating the capacity, efficiency, and teamwork we collectively possess.

A big thank you to our clients, to the team at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, and to all colleagues who made another intensive exhibition week possible, resulting in happy and satisfied exhibitors!

  5. Scandinavian base -> Global projects. How does it work?

Comments Off on Scandinavian Base -> Global Projects. How Does It Work?

Did you know that approximately 50 percent of Adapt's current projects are international? From congresses in Milan to client events in Boston and exhibitions in Shanghai, we operate daily across national borders.

This is made possible by our robust partner networks: AV Alliance for advanced technical productions, and beMatrix bePartners for exhibition and stand construction. Through these partnerships, we can design, 3D-visualize, and project manage our international assignments from our bases in Sweden, subsequently executing them with local resources, expertise, and technical teams on-site.

Last week, our founders Jonathan Olsson and Viking Grandin were in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to meet with our AV Alliance colleagues. Twice a year, the network convenes at various global locations to share experiences, stay updated on the latest equipment, and, perhaps most importantly, foster relationships. Strong relationships facilitate seamless communication when executing projects across the globe.

AV Alliance is currently represented in approximately 120 locations across all continents. This is one of our most crucial keys to delivering efficient, secure, and sustainable productions – whether the project is executed in Scandinavia or anywhere else in the world.

    Scandinavian precision. Global delivery.

  6. New in Stock: LED Totems, Lecterns, and LED Strips to Illuminate Spring Events!

Comments Off on New in stock: LED totems, lecterns, and LED strips illuminate spring's events!

Our warehouse has received several highly practical new products that will be deployed at this spring's events and are consequently available for rental should your project require additional items!

As of March, 30 high-resolution LED totems, 10 LED lecterns, and over 600 meters of pixel-controlled LED strips (180-degree and 360-degree) are available for your productions.

A tall, rectangular digital display screen on a wheeled base, showing a light blue abstract design on a white background.

High-resolution LED totems can be utilized as standalone digital posters, sponsor displays, or wayfinders, yet their true strength lies in their exceptional flexibility. Multiple units can be seamlessly integrated to form large LED screens that can be rigged in mere minutes, serving, for example, as a stage backdrop or within an exhibition booth. Our LED totems are designed for effortless transport, rapid assembly, and deliver significant impact in both expo and event settings.

A woman in a beige suit stands at a podium labeled LED Speaker Podium, gesturing with one hand while speaking. The podium features a colorful abstract design on the front.

The new digital LED lecterns are constructed from the same high-resolution LED modules as our totems, yet they are designed as a collapsible lectern that can be deployed with minimal effort. This makes them ideal for events and conferences requiring instantaneous message changes on the lectern.

A geometric light installation features glowing neon hexagons and cubes in vibrant rainbow colors, illuminating a dark room with colorful reflections on the walls.

The pixel-controlled LED strips unlock enhanced creative potential across diverse environments. They can be employed for decorative framing, dynamic lighting effects, or seamlessly integrated into stages, exhibition booths, and installations. When utilized in larger quantities, they generate powerful visual expressions and synchronized light sequences, providing a cost-effective approach to creating impressive holistic experiences.

As always, our objective is to integrate equipment with intelligent design to create solutions that are both user-friendly and highly impactful! And more innovations are forthcoming…

  8. Millimeter precision when venues receive a digital twin

Comments Off on Millimeter precision when venues are provided with digital twins

How do we ensure that we have all the necessary information about an event venue right from the start, so that we can design, plan, and deliver effectively?

With a digital twin, of course!

This week, our 3D expert Isak was in Barcelona for a site visit at a convention center. The team brought along our 3D scanner, which is used to document all surfaces with millimeter precision. The result is a digital site visit that anyone can explore directly in their browser to take their own measurements, understand layouts, and get to know the space without being there in person. For project work, this is an extremely effective tool. The need to return to the facility for additional measurements or verification is minimized, planning is accurate from the start, and both time and resources are saved.

We can also directly integrate the 3D scans into our 3D tools. This enables us to create realistic and scaled visualizations that precisely depict the event's appearance before any construction begins. This provides assurance for all project stakeholders and facilitates the pitching of ideas and rapid decision-making.

We assist numerous venues in 3D scanning their spaces to provide this data to their clients. An example is Clarion & Comfort Hotel Copenhagen and their event venue, The Hangar, where the digital twin is directly embedded on their website. Users can navigate and take their own measurements there – the link is available in the comments.

Curious about how this can be used in your projects or your space? Get in touch with our 3D expert Isak, and he’ll tell you more

  9. From Brief to Reality: How We Build Consensus with 3D Visualization

Comments Off on From brief to reality: How we achieve alignment with 3D visualization

Our 3D visualizations stand as one of our most critical tools for inspiration, sales presentations, and daily project management. They establish a shared vision for all project stakeholders, clearly defining precisely what we are collectively creating – from the initial concept to the final production. This is a pivotal tool that lays the groundwork for an exceptionally strong final outcome.

In this video, our Head of 3D, Isak , walks you through the entire process—from the brief and 3D scanning, through modeling, to the final result.

The final deliverable can be high-resolution 3D images, rendered films, or an interactive Unreal environment, allowing real-time project navigation directly on one's own computer. This offers a powerful method to establish confidence, clarity, and consensus long before on-site construction commences.

From concept to reality. With complete control throughout.

2026 is here! A year commencing with numerous exciting projects for us, including Automässan, taking place from January 14–17 in Gothenburg.

Currently, our expo teams are fully engaged in construction at our partner venue, Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, where this year we have been entrusted to assist a total of 14 exhibitors with their stands. It is particularly gratifying that so many of them are returning clients, including Continova, which occupies one of the exhibition's largest stand areas.
