3D visualizations provide clarity prior to the exhibitions
For each exhibition, we develop a detailed 3D visualization of Autel's booth, positioning it directly within the actual exhibition hall. By working with scaled models, we can precisely demonstrate how the booth will be perceived in the space – from proportions and sightlines to the placement of products, screens, and graphic surfaces. This provides both Autel's marketing team and our production with a unified and clear objective long before construction commences.
The visualizations also enable the concept to be adapted to various halls and booth sizes without compromising the brand's expression. By testing different solutions in 3D, we can optimize flows, product zones, and technical installations in advance. The result is a more efficient on-site production and a booth that performs equally well visually and functionally at each new exhibition.

FAQ
A recognizable exhibition booth is based on a clear foundational design that adheres to the company's graphic profile and brand identity. By utilizing consistent architecture, colors, materials, and display surfaces, the booth maintains a consistent presence regardless of the exhibition or venue. Adapt designs scalable booth concepts that are effective across multiple exhibitions and markets.
3D visualization enables a precise preview of the booth's appearance within the actual exhibition hall prior to construction. This assists marketing teams, sales organizations, and production in collaboratively planning product placement, displays, graphics, and visitor flows. Adapt utilizes 3D design to establish a clear objective and streamline the production of exhibition booths.
Through modular constructions, a booth can be easily scaled up or down depending on the hall, available space, and specific requirements. With flexible systems and reusable components, the same concept can be deployed across multiple events without compromising its aesthetic or functionality.
beMatrix is a modular frame system that enables the construction of sustainable and reusable exhibition booths. The system can be reconfigured for different exhibitions and integrated with graphics, lightboxes, and LED screens. Adapt utilizes beMatrix to develop flexible booth solutions featuring efficient logistics and reduced environmental impact.
Digital display surfaces, such as LED screens and interactive presentations, enable the engaging display of products, videos, and information. By integrating the equipment into the booth design, the content becomes an intrinsic part of the visitor's experience.
Sustainable exhibition booths are constructed using reusable systems, interchangeable graphics, and modular components. This approach allows the booth to evolve over time while materials and structures are reused across various exhibitions. Adapt develops long-term booth platforms that integrate brand recognition, flexibility, and sustainability.
