How does one construct exhibition stands that are recognizable, scalable, and simultaneously sustainable over time? Since 2022, we have been a proud partner to Autel Energy, delivering fifteen stands at trade shows across Scandinavia.

Prior to each exhibition, we develop a scaled 3D design that precisely illustrates the appearance of the booth within the designated hall. These visualizations enable all stakeholders – from marketing teams to sales organizations and production personnel – to pre-assess proportions, product placements, screen configurations, and graphic presentations. This establishes a unified and clear objective before any physical construction commences.

The design process is anchored by a consistent foundational design, ensuring robust brand recognition irrespective of location, venue, or format. Concurrently, the concept undergoes continuous evolution through the incorporation of new graphic elements, updated product zones, and integrated technical solutions, thereby amplifying the core message at each individual event.

The structural framework is constructed using beMatrix reusable frame systems, which are adapted and reconfigured between various exhibitions. These frames are integrated with printed graphics, diverse material selections, lightboxes, and embedded high-resolution LED screens. This approach yields a flexible construction with streamlined logistics, optimizing both cost-efficiency and environmental impact without compromising aesthetic presentation or quality.

By synergizing brand recognition with continuous development, we have engineered a booth platform that evolves in tandem with Autel's brand – maintaining consistency, sustainability, and clarity over time.

3D visualizations provide clarity prior to the exhibitions

For each exhibition, we develop a detailed 3D visualization of Autel's booth, positioning it directly within the actual exhibition hall. By working with scaled models, we can precisely demonstrate how the booth will be perceived in the space – from proportions and sightlines to the placement of products, screens, and graphic surfaces. This provides both Autel's marketing team and our production with a unified and clear objective long before construction commences.

The visualizations also enable the concept to be adapted to various halls and booth sizes without compromising the brand's expression. By testing different solutions in 3D, we can optimize flows, product zones, and technical installations in advance. The result is a more efficient on-site production and a booth that performs equally well visually and functionally at each new exhibition.
