production

For over 30 years, we have designed and delivered experiences for all types of events. We develop creative concepts and technical solutions that transform ideas into engaging events – from initial sketch to final execution. Utilizing stage production, video, audio, lighting, and digital equipment, we create physical, digital, and hybrid events for clients worldwide.

Productions for all types of events

With over 30 years in the event industry, we have accumulated the experience and expertise required to execute all types of projects to the highest standards — from conferences, congresses, and product launches to galas and grand celebrations.

From our bases in Scandinavia, we design, engineer, and deliver turnkey solutions with the appropriate personnel, equipment, and logistics. This enables us to assume full responsibility for the entire execution and create secure, professional productions — regardless of your event's global location.

Physical, Digital, and Hybrid Events

Historically, events have often been synonymous with physical gatherings. Today, we frequently refer to digital and hybrid events. Adapt operates its own studios for digital and hybrid productions in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and with our mobile solutions, we can make even traditional physical events accessible to participants unable to attend in person.

Through streaming, multi-camera production, and interactive solutions, we can create engaging experiences for both the physical audience in the venue and the digital audience online.

How We Create Your Project

1

Brief

We collaboratively review your project, objectives, expectations, and desired budget.

2

Design

We design your project and present the solutions using realistic 3D visualizations.

3

Production

We assume comprehensive responsibility for the production, meticulously planning every project detail with a steady and assured approach.

4

Delivery

Utilizing experienced personnel and equipment from our warehouses, we execute the project on-site — safely, aesthetically, and efficiently.

From 3D Design to Completed Event

Our 3D visualizations streamline the design, planning, and pitching of a project before any physical construction begins. Interactive 3D and realistic visualizations ensure the overall concept is easily comprehensible, facilitating decision-making.

By utilizing the Unreal game engine, we can rapidly adjust layout, lighting, scenography, equipment, and content. Clients can experience the project from an attendee's perspective, visualizing the event's functionality within the space.

These visualizations transcend mere imagery. They serve as a collaborative working tool throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing clarity and assurance — whether for an event, a congress, or a grand gala.

All Resources In-House

Adapt is not a traditional agency — we are a production company that owns all the resources required to execute an event to the highest standards: design, technical project management, audio, lighting, and video equipment, exhibition materials, an in-house printing facility for graphics and signage, and logistics resources.

This enables us to deliver turnkey end-to-end productions efficiently, securely, and sustainably.

Our equipment is stored at our warehouses in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Linköping, and is also available for rental for your own projects.

In-House Printing Facility for Graphics and Signage

Within our in-house printing facility, we produce panels and banners for exhibition stands, signage, and the beMatrix system. All graphics are pre-assembled and tested before delivery to ensure precise fit, accurate color reproduction, and a consistent overall impression for every project.

Our machinery comprises the latest generation of equipment from 2026, featuring printers for both flatbed materials and textile banners. By managing print production in-house, we can produce graphics, displays, and printed materials that are co-delivered with other project equipment. This ensures shorter lead times, superior quality, and complete control over the final outcome.

Warehousing and Logistics

We own all the equipment necessary to construct an entire event; equipment, exhibition materials, and furnishings. We maintain one of Northern Europe's largest combined inventories of beMatrix frames, LEDskin, and accessories.

Within our 3,000 square meter central warehouse, we also offer storage for client materials, managing inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as maintenance between projects.

We are also responsible for project logistics, utilizing both our own fleet and our international partner network. This enables us to transport equipment to projects worldwide in a secure and coordinated manner.

FAQ

Event production involves planning, designing, and executing an event with appropriate equipment, stage design, logistics, and project management. This encompasses audio, lighting, video technology, stage production, and digital solutions. Adapt manages the entire process, from initial concept and design to technical implementation.

Planning commences with defining objectives, target audience, and key messaging. Subsequently, the concept, stage design, equipment, and logistics are developed. Through clear project management and visualization, the entire production can be meticulously planned prior to the event's execution.

Technical production may encompass sound systems, microphones, lighting design, LED screens, projection, stage design, multi-camera production, and streaming solutions. Adapt plans and delivers these technical components as an integrated solution.

Stage production involves designing and constructing the stage environment where presentations, speeches, and performances take place. This can include stage design, lighting design, LED screens, and visual solutions that ensure content is clear and engaging for the audience.

A turnkey production signifies that a single provider assumes responsibility for the entire execution – from design and planning to equipment, staffing, setup, and dismantling. This allows the client to focus on content and guests while the production is managed professionally.

A hybrid event combines an in-person physical audience with a digital audience participating online via streaming. With the appropriate equipment, both physical and digital audiences can access the same content.

Digital events are conducted entirely online, whereas hybrid events combine an on-site audience with an online audience. Hybrid solutions enable reaching a broader participant base without geographical limitations.

Livestreaming involves broadcasting an event live over the internet using cameras, vision mixers, and streaming platforms. This enables participants to follow the event in real-time regardless of their location.

An engaging event integrates clear stage design, high-quality audio and visuals, compelling presentations, and interactive elements. Equipment and design are utilized to enhance the content and create a memorable experience.

3D visualization facilitates the planning of stage design, equipment, and layout before any physical construction commences on-site. This simplifies comprehension of the overall concept and enables early decision-making in the process.

Through realistic visualizations, organizers and producers can ascertain how the event will function within the venue. Adapt utilizes interactive 3D and the Unreal game engine to pre-simulate stage design, lighting, and layout.

With Unreal Engine, stage design, lighting, equipment, and layout can be visualized within a realistic digital environment. This enables experiencing the event from the audience's perspective as early as the planning phase.

Standard equipment includes sound systems, microphones, LED screens, projection, stage lighting, and presentation systems. For larger productions, multi-camera production and streaming solutions are also utilized.

Through meticulous planning, rigorous technical testing, and experienced on-site technicians. Adapt specializes in technical project management to coordinate all technical aspects of the production.

The planning duration is contingent upon the event's scale. Smaller conferences can be planned within a few weeks, whereas larger productions often necessitate several months of advance planning.

Logistics encompasses the transportation of equipment, set design elements, graphics, and other necessary gear to the event venue. Adapt manages the comprehensive logistics, including the setup and dismantling of all technical installations.
