In November 2026, we had the privilege of co-producing Digitalize in Sthlm for the third time, held this year at Münchenbryggeriet. 700 engaged participants convened around the theme AI Everywhere to explore the opportunities, risks, and ethical considerations linked to autonomous AI systems.
We were responsible for the design and execution of the entire production. The keynote stage was predominantly constructed from large LED screens, facilitating dynamic and adaptable content throughout the day, complemented by full-scale audio, lighting, and camera production. Concurrently, we developed an exhibition area featuring approximately 50 stations where companies and research initiatives showcased their solutions and services via digital displays within a structured and accessible environment.
The project commenced with a scaled 3D visualization of the venue to ensure precise proportions, optimize sightlines, and establish clear traffic flows between the stage and expo area. By pre-building the entire event within the digital model, all stakeholders achieved a unified and clear vision before on-site construction commenced, a crucial factor for efficient and secure execution.
3D visualization created clarity
Prior to the event, we constructed the entire production within a scaled 3D model of the venue at Münchenbryggeriet. Within this model, the stage, LED screens, exhibition stations, and audience areas were precisely positioned as they would be in reality. This enabled pre-event testing of proportions, sightlines, and participant flow.
The 3D visualization provided the organizer, production team, and technicians with a unified vision from the initial planning phase. By simulating stage design, equipment, and visitor flows, we ensured that both the stage production and exhibition area functioned optimally in synergy. This resulted in a more efficient on-site setup and an event environment where every aspect of the experience was meticulously planned prior to construction.
