On Tuesday, we were once again involved in realizing Digitalize in Sthlm '25this time at the Münchenbryggeriet, together with our friends at the agency MeetX and the organizer Digital Futures.
700 engaged participants gathered to explore the theme AI Everywhere: the opportunities, risks and ethics of autonomous AI systems.
Our task was to design and deliver the entire production for the event:
- A keynote stage for around 500 guests, built with large LED screens
- Multi-camera solution
- Sound, light and image technology
- Around 50 stands with displays for presentations and exhibitions
- And of course a really awesome team of technicians!
The project started with creating a detailed 3D model of the venue to visualize exactly what the event would look like. We used the model throughout the entire project process so that everyone involved would have the same idea of what the end result would be from the start. It's all the same, isn't it?
