Adapt continues to attract new talent and skills

We are growing and developing! Over the past year, we have welcomed more than 20 new colleagues. We now have around 60 colleagues who are experts in the production of events, exhibition stands, streaming studios and the installation and rental of equipment. We are particularly proud to have attracted so many female colleagues, as many as 18, who have chosen to work with us in an industry that traditionally has difficulty recruiting women.

"We are delighted that so many talented people with strong skills have come to Adapt to work with us," says Viking Grandin, CEO and co-founder of Adapt. "It is our people who drive our development and who also enable us to help our customers to implement all kinds of projects."

At Adapt there are many different kinds of work that do not require a technical background

Investing in our organisation, staff and skills

While there are several reasons why Adapt is growing and developing, a critical factor is our internal investment in organisation and staff that we have made in recent years.

To strengthen our offering, we are investing heavily in recruiting different types of personalities, skills and experience to bring in new strengths and mindsets. As Adapt is not a traditional technology company, there are several roles within the organisation that are not purely technical but focus on, for example, project management, leadership and creativity.

Adapt also offers every opportunity to learn new things and to keep developing.

Internal development and training

At Adapt we have a well-established corporate culture of learning, both from each other and through internal training. This means that our people do not necessarily need to have technical skills or a technical background, but can instead learn on the job. This also ensures that our people have the opportunity to develop in multiple ways and roles.

Our people at Adapt
Adapt aims to be an equal opportunity organisation in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Today, about 30 percent of our people are women.

Equal and flexible organisation

It is our intention to be an equal workplace. Therefore, we strive for an equal distribution of female and male employees where everyone has the same conditions and equal opportunities for development. Adapt also offers a flexible and mobile organisation where employees control their own time and where they want to work from, of course while taking into account customers, colleagues and projects. We do this in order to be a workplace for everyone, regardless of their life situation.

A safe and stable company

We are proud to have been in business for over 20 years and to have stood firm through several crises when the industry experienced tough challenges. An extra bonus is that several of our colleagues who worked at Adapt earlier in their careers have now chosen to return to us. We are, quite simply, a safe choice for both employees and clients.

"For our customers, all this means access to even stronger skills such as more creativity, better project management and more technical knowledge," Viking says. "It also means that there are simply more of us to help make their projects a reality."
