Adapt looking for technical project managers for our team in Stockholm

We're growing so fast. It's absolutely amazing! We have managed to expand and build new business areas in just two years. And we have started a number of super exciting collaborations with, among others, Fotografiska, Filmstaden and svenska Mässan Gothia Towers. Now we need to become even more and stronger and therefore search for the spider in the net, the technical project manager of the projects. Is that you? We need you now!

Work

With us, our technical project managers are the backbone of what we do. You plan, implement and follow up adapt's audiovisual projects. You work closely with our customers and work arm in arm with everyone on our team, as well as with producers, designers and a wide range of other specialists. You not only deliver perfect technical projects; at least as important is security, business sense and creating strong lasting experiences.

You have a solid technical competence in sound/light/imaging technology, of course. As well as several years of professional experience, preferably from the event and/or TV industry. With that at the bottom, you are happy to work in creative processes where you contribute to developing ideas, concepts and technical solutions. You are also responsible for the development of drawings and visualizations and the correct planning of the project. And of course you are a good communicator who understands the importance of frequent and clear communication with everyone in the project, not least with our customers.

Your work is free, you are responsible for how, when and where you work, with respect for the project, customers and your team. For you, the ultimate goal of your work is to be able to realize customers' visions and dreams. It's for what your heart beats the hardest.

More formally, this is what we want you to master:

  • Support and collaborate with others in the teams, such as account managers, producers and technical specialists.
  • Develop technical solutions, concepts and cost bases.
  • Plan and book technical and human resources, external as well as internal.
  • Manage and excite technical staff throughout the project process.
  • Book and manage equipment in our warehouse and logistics system EasyJob.
  • Ensure good, relevant and frequent communication in the projects.
  • Follow up, analyze and reconnect completed projects.
  • To proactively and curiously contribute to the development of the company and our work.

Finally

The position is full-time and your main location is Stockholm. You will also occasionally need to travel to and work from our office in Gothenburg and from our warehouse and logistics center in Linköping. And also have the opportunity to run projects in other parts of the world – if you want! We discuss forms of employment such as salary and terms/benefits if and when you are interested.

All trips start with a first step. Get in touch with us, give us a call or send us an email, and maybe we can meet for a first talk and a good cup of coffee! Call or email Viking Grandin: viking@adapt.se / 0709 – 43 12 01.

You are welcome to contact us!
