Ethics and responsibility

This policy should be seen as a guiding principle document. This policy applies to Adapt AB
all wholly and partly owned companies as well as all employees and permanent contractors
employees. "Adapt" below refers to all companies and employees.

Overall ethics and responsibility

Adapt will always strive to be and be seen to be a good citizen
and role model in our industry. This means safeguarding basic
democratic principles, the equal value of all people, an equal society enriched
of cultural and ethnic diversity.
We know and want this fundamental ethical approach to characterise our company and
our internal and external relations. We take responsibility for maintaining a very
good standards in these matters, a responsibility that applies to the entire group of companies and
all employees.

Adapt's ethical guidelines

Apart from the above mentioned ethical responsibilities, Adapt does not apply any specific
inclusive or exclusionary approach to, for example, which clients we work with
with or which assignments we handle. Instead, this is assessed on a case-by-case basis with
the above-mentioned overall ethical approach as a starting point.

Employee rights

Each individual employee has the right to refrain from working with a customer or
mission on the basis of personal ethical principles. However, this right requires
that the employee has communicated such positions to the employer in
prematurely. If this has not been done, Adapt may invoke the obligation to work if a
situation cannot be resolved otherwise.

Other

All employees, including management, are obliged to
promptly warn of a breach or deviation from the company's ethical guidelines may
be suspected. This can be done by contacting the company's safety representative, its
the nearest manager or other appropriate person. Under no circumstances can anyone
be penalised or sanctioned for such a warning
