Content, meetings, and equipment for future business
Over 1,000 participants gathered at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre when Arrow Electronics hosted its flagship event, 5 Years Out – a day focused entirely on equipment, innovation, and the business of the future.
Together with the agency Telegraf, we were responsible for the technical and practical production – from set design andequipment stand construction and exhibitor services. The project began with 3D scanning of the premises and detailed visualizations to ensure the right flows, the right proportions, and a common goal long before construction began.
The program included keynotes from IBM, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell Technologies, and Symantec, among others, along with breakout sessions, panel discussions, and an exhibition featuring over 30 leading suppliers. It was a comprehensive experience where content, meetings, and equipment throughout the day.
