We are live in Paris!
On Tuesday, we proudly opened the doors to AVEVA World and welcomed 3,000 guests from all over the world. Our mission was to design and deliver two complete stage solutions and a large-scale innovation fair, entirely built in the beMatrix system. However, the project could have taken a completely different direction...
On Friday morning, 18 hours before loading, we received the news that our local partner warehouse in Paris was flooded with 1.5 meters of water after a storm. And this meant that the materials we had prepared and stored locally could no longer be accessed.
Thanks to our strong Adapt team, our dedicated local beMatrix partner and our wide beMatrix network, we were able to quickly mobilise and source new materials from several European locations. We shipped in 500 beMatrix frames, print materials and LED screens in record time, and at 6am on Saturday we started construction. On Tuesday, at 07:00, we opened the doors as planned.

Some quick facts about the project;
- The large stage solution is built around a 24×7 m (168 m2) 2.5 mm beMatrix LEDskin LED screen controlled by two Barco e2 Eventmasters.
- The Innovation Fair consists of seven zones with exhibitors. It is entirely designed in beMatrix and includes over 500 frames in various configurations. The zones also contain about 60 m2 of recessed LED surfaces with beMatrix's new 1.5 mm LED skin and over 70 screens of varying sizes.
