Onboarding 2.0 with Capgemini! How does it work?
Welcoming and inspiring onboarding for new employees is important for all companies and organizations - but it can be a challenge when employees are scattered around the world.
Capgemini has continuously developed their work with Onboarding and now taken it a step further; instead of a traditional onboarding, they have created a digital talk show, "Be Inspired the Show", which is produced together with us in our Gothia Studio in Gothenburg.
The 6-hour events are filled with inspiring talks, panel discussions, interactive quizzes and fun elements shared by employees from all over the world. Capgemini's onboarding events have been recognized at the world's largest Employer Branding & Onboarding event - Onboard Amsterdam - where they have been nominated for their innovative show.
