Policies

Here you can read about Adapt's Code of Conduct/Policies.
We have four different policies that we consider important for our overall quality and development work:

1. Discrimination policy
2. Quality policy
3. Environmental policy
4. Business ethic policy

Together they form our code of conduct.

In our policies, we talk about Adapt. When we do this, it is always about all companies and business units owned by the parent company. It also applies to all employees, regardless of position.

For our policies, we also have a whistleblower recommendation so that an employee of Adapt can be confident that there is an opportunity to denounce irregularities anonymously, without risk.
