Adapt delivers equipment and production to EAIE in Scandinavium with 6,800 participants on site
A couple of weeks ago, Gothenburg was transformed into the center of higher education when the large EAIE congress was held. Together with our partner Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Gothia Towers, we delivered production, equipment and staff to the entire event during an intensive week.
The main stage was located in Scandinavium and had room for 6,800 participants. In addition, we were responsible for 17 break-out rooms and 12 activity areas and stages around the facility.

- A technical team of 105 people who made sure everything worked seamlessly
EAIE is one of the world's largest international events for higher education, bringing together thousands of participants from all over the world for networking, knowledge sharing and inspiration. The days were filled with keynotes, workshops, poster sessions and an extensive exhibition - all aimed at driving development, collaboration and innovation.
