Adapt is looking for a driven operations manager for our equipment company Adapt Equipment, which rents equipment to the events and meetings industry. Your task will be to lead and develop our business in Linköping.

Develop and create new business opportunities

We need someone who can structure and develop the business while creating new business opportunities. As an operations manager, your task is to lead and develop our warehousing and logistics as well as the commercial part of the business. It is therefore important that you understand and can master this from an efficiency, quality and profitability perspective. You will bring with you knowledge and experience of supply flows and what excellent service, effective work management and business development means.

The overall perspective of the business

To succeed in the role of head of operations, we believe you are used to taking overall responsibility, are organised and goal-oriented. You will be able to take the big picture view and see where the business needs strengthening and how it can change and evolve to create new opportunities. It is also important that you have the ability to collaborate and lead both yourself and others. Your interpersonal skills will therefore be crucial and you will know that the basis for good and effective cooperation is clear communication and mutual respect. This is because the position involves working together with our other companies, our management, Adapt's team in Linköping and our operational warehouse and logistics manager.

The position as operations manager is full-time and located in Linköping where we also have our warehouse. The warehouse is the core of our rental and logistics operations with skilled and professional audio, lighting and visual staff serving Adapt's various clients and many external customers. It is therefore an advantage if you also have experience and interest in technical equipment, products and rental operations.
