Adapt is looking for an account manager with a keen interest in equipment and audiovisual experiences
Do you love equipment and creating experiences in events and exhibitions? Do you like to build relationships, overcome obstacles and solve challenges in a simple and innovative way? Then you should apply for the role of customer manager (KAM) at Adapt's Technology Rental.
About the role: You are a key player in our quest to deliver first-class equipment and equipment to everyone involved in events and exhibitions. You are our customers' go-to person, a trusted contact who not only develops existing relationships but also builds new ones. Your everyday life will be filled with dialogues with customers, working with innovative products and solutions, and marketing Adapt's offer in our various channels. You will handle everything from small and large customer projects to developing and optimizing our web portal.
Who are you?
- You have a natural aptitude for building networks and relationships with our customers, partners and industry colleagues.
- You have an understanding of equipment and equipment and love finding creative solutions to challenges.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the event, equipment, or exhibition industry.
- You are a person who enjoys meeting new people, travelling and developing products, services and packages.
- You can communicate fluently in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
- You live in Sweden, preferably near Stockholm, Linköping or Gothenburg.
