The creative and responsible leader

We are now looking for a Project Manager Fitter to join our team in Stockholm. Our ambition is to always deliver at the top and meet, preferably exceed, our customers' expectations. This means that you need to be creative, ideally bursting with ideas and have a flair for design. This is to be able to visualise and create appealing concepts while selling into our bespoke offerings.  

As an Account Project Manager, you are the face of the company. The position also includes sales and making contact with customers to demonstrate our offerings. At the same time, you are responsible for and ensure the delivery. Therefore, we would like you to have experience in both sales and project management and be used to running projects from start to finish. It is of course a plus if you also have experience in the trade fair and exhibition industry in particular. 

Create value with your team

The job involves working with Adapt's team of producers, technical project managers and other specialists to manage and implement projects. Projects involve designing, producing and delivering audiovisual solutions for physical meetings, events, fairs and exhibitions as well as fixed technical installations. 

To succeed in this role, you need to understand and realise our customers' visions. Your ability to lead and coordinate work will be crucial. You will therefore need to be able to prioritise and plan resources; such as staffing, setting a timetable and making a budget. Of course, you know the importance of good communication and will always do your utmost to ensure that the client is reassured and satisfied throughout the process.
