Adapt seeks a technical production manager in audiovisual equipment

About the role:
As technical production manager at Adapt, you will lead and drive the technical planning and implementation of our audiovisual projects. You will be responsible for creating complete technical solutions with sound, light, image and exhibition technology, ensuring the right staffing, and managing drawings and technical documentation. Your role involves working closely with our technical warehouse and our partners to coordinate equipment bookings and logistics. You will also support our account managers and project managers with your technical expertise to create accurate quotes and documentation.
Who are you?
- You have solid experience as a technician or from technical planning in sound, light and image technology.
- You have a genuine interest in equipment and how it can be used to create memorable experiences in events, concerts and fairs.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the event, concert or exhibition industry.
- You value order, planning and structure and see these as essential for success.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement).
- You have good experience of working with software that can create and manage different types of construction and rigging drawings.
- You live/want to live in Sweden, preferably near Stockholm, Linköping or Gothenburg.
