The practical implementer
We are now looking for two Technical Project Managers - one for our team in Stockholm and one for Gothenburg. As a Technical Project Manager at Adapt you have a very important role, because you are the backbone of what we do. Once the project manager has agreed with the client, it is your job to execute and implement the project. This means that you are the one who sets the structure and concretizes concepts and ideas. Therefore, it is good if you have experience of similar work and are used to running projects from start to finish. Naturally, it is a plus if you also have experience in the trade fair and exhibition industry.
As a technical project manager, you are responsible for the implementation and delivery on site. This means planning the technical and practical work and ensuring that our exhibition stands are erected, implemented and dismantled in a safe and efficient manner. You will collaborate with Adapt's Client Project Managers, who have overall responsibility for our projects and clients, and our area experts in sound/lighting/image/expo who will assist you with the technical solutions.
With you, you have a solid technical competence to stand on and therefore know what works and what doesn't work to implement technically. You will also be responsible for ensuring that drawings and visualisations are produced and that project planning is correct and accurate. Naturally, you understand the importance of good collaboration and communication with everyone involved in the project, not least with our clients.
In short, what we want you to do:
- Support and collaborate with others in the teams, such as account managers, producers and technical specialists.
- Develop technical solutions, concepts and cost bases.
- Plan and book technical and human resources, external as well as internal.
- Manage and excite technical staff throughout the project process.
- Book and manage equipment in our warehouse and logistics system EasyJob.
- Ensure good, relevant and frequent communication in the projects.
- Follow up, analyze and reconnect completed projects.
- To proactively and curiously contribute to the development of the company and our work.
