We are now looking for two carpenters/craftsmen with an interest in equipment, one for our team in Gothenburg and one for Stockholm. As a carpenter/craftsman at Adapt your task is to build and assemble, together with the others in your team stage decorations, stands and technical solutions for sound, light, image and moving images, on behalf of our customers.
Building solutions for events and fairs
What we do at Adapt is to make our customers' visions and wishes come true for event, fairs and exhibitions. It is therefore important that you can read and build from simple drawings and that you are both handy and meticulous. This is because we always strive to deliver good-looking solutions and therefore set high standards for our constructions. To succeed, you must master the role of craftsman while also performing technical assembly. Daily tasks will vary from repairing, painting and wall panel installation to fitting lights, TV screens, running cables and building and configuring LED screens.
All of Sweden as a place to work
As a carpenter at Adapt you need to be flexible as the position involves a lot of travelling. Even if you work from our office in Gothenburg or Stockholm, we work all over Sweden, and sometimes the world, as a workplace. This may mean that you, sometimes at short notice, need to travel somewhere and then the next week travel somewhere else again. At times, you will therefore be working intensively on projects, which can lead to both long days and inconvenient working hours.
Our representative on site
This is a position that involves a lot of customer contact. When you are out on the job, you will be one of Adapt's representatives on site and will thus work closely with our customers. It is therefore important that you are solution-oriented, service-minded, willing to cooperate and always have a friendly manner.
A B driving licence is required. It is also an advantage if you have experience of stand construction with framework systems or the system we use, beMatrix.
The position is full-time. Your work is free and independent and you are based either in Gothenburg or Stockholm. And you, we need you pretty much right now!
