Autoexperten arranged After-Ski party for 1600 guests during automässan
During the Automässan, held at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Gothia Towers, Autoexperten had one of the largest stands. One of the fair's highlights was the big party that Autoexperten invited to. Adapt was commissioned by AIE to deliver décor and equipment to this event and its 1600 guests. The event was held in Gothia Towers F-hall, which was divided into a mingle area and a dinner room with several different scenes.
Guests made their entrance through a passageway with snowfall and blocks of ice. Once inside, they were met by a room decorated in aPrès-Ski theme and a projected fund with moving graphics.
Since the ceiling height in the F-hall is quite low, about 5 m, we used the rear projection for the 26 meter wide stage. It created an impactful background that could easily be changed between different stage performances.
In order for guests further back in the room to have a good presence and clarity, the image solution was reinforced with 4 delay screens and camera production. All imaging technology was connected to a large image system so that all image surfaces could be controlled and adapted individually.
The sound system consisted of a larger main system on either side of the stage and a number of smaller delay systems further back. It provided a good and even soundscape throughout the venue and worked well for the performers both when they were on stage or moving out in the audience.
The lighting system consisted of moving luminaires on stage and LED lighting for lighting around the room as well as dinner seating.
